Consultation Call (15 minutes)- Free
We’ll find a time that works for both of us to have a quick chat! During this call I’ll ask you to share a bit about what is prompting you (or your teen) to seek therapy, share a bit about my approach and what you can expect, and answer any questions you might have about therapy, billing, fees, etc.

Out of Network Information
Please note, I am not in network with any insurance providers. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. A “superbill” is a detailed receipt that includes the required information for insurance companies to process your claim. It’s helpful to speak with your specific insurance plan to ask about your out of network benefits prior to beginning therapy.
There are several reasons that seeing an out-of-network therapist can be beneficial:
Broader Choice: You can select from a wider range of therapists, including those who specialize in your specific needs.
Increased Privacy: Your treatment details remain more confidential, with less involvement from insurance companies.
Tailored Care: Therapy can be customized without the constraints of insurance, allowing for a more personalized approach.
Fewer Restrictions: You have more control over session frequency, length, and type of treatment, free from insurance limits.
These advantages can lead to a more flexible, private, and effective therapeutic experience- please feel free to ask any additional questions.
